Use this when an Aqua-Hot 600D Reporter, control screen, network message, or manual-mode question needs safe documentation before support.

Owner-safe checklist

• Record Reporter state, displayed message, control version if visible, heat-source selection, RV zone affected, and whether hot water or cabin heat is affected.
• Photograph the Aqua-Hot identity label, Reporter screen, control status, and visible symptom evidence from normal access.
• Use only normal controls already installed in the RV and stop operation for leaks, overheating, alarm activity, abnormal odor, or repeated failure.
• Use qualified Aqua-Hot service for network messages, no heat, no hot water, abnormal odor, leaks, or control behavior that does not clear with normal settings.
