Owner-safe checklist

• Record the GEN1 LPG model, LCD state, heat or hot-water symptom, storage status, antifreeze notes, and any visible label details.
• Save photos of the LCD, controls, product label from normal access, fluid level indicators if normally visible, and service paperwork.
• Shut the system down for fuel odor, exhaust concern, fluid leak, abnormal heat, repeated shutdown, or unsafe operation.
• Use Aqua-Hot support or qualified hydronic service for fuel system, installed power, fluid system, parts, warranty, or repair decisions.
