Owner-safe checklist
- Record the Aqua-Hot model, serial if visible, heat or hot-water symptom, support history, coach location, and preferred contact details.
- Save photos of the product label, controls, display if present, service paperwork, and any visible leak or shutdown indication from normal access.
- Shut the system down for fuel odor, exhaust concern, fluid leak, abnormal heat, repeated shutdown, or unsafe operation.
- Use Aqua-Hot technical service or qualified hydronic service for fuel system, installed power, fluid system, parts, warranty, or repair decisions.
