Owner-safe checklist

• Record the ACC3100 model, display state, mode, app state, battery or shore-power state shown by the RV, and exact reset result.
• Save photos or screenshots of the display, app state, product label, and the timing of the reset attempt.
• Use Dometic, a dealer, or qualified RV ventilation service if the display or control state does not recover from normal controls.
