Dometic Bluetooth CT lost pairs after reset
Dometic Bluetooth CT instructions say system initialization resets the Bluetooth system and removes known mobile-device pairs; the CT thermostat remembers pairing information for the four most recent devices.
Use this atlas to identify likely meaning and prepare for service. Shut off power, LP gas, fuel, or water when a listed appliance condition involves flame, gas smell, exhaust, generator shutdown, high temperature, moving jacks/slides, refrigerant, 120 VAC, control boards, repeated ignition failure, or a persistent lockout. Call the appliance maker, RV dealer, or a qualified RV technician for repair.
Owner-safe checklist
- Treat lost app control after initialization or pair removal as a reason to pair the mobile device again.
- Remove the old CT thermostat pair from the app list if the app reports it is no longer paired.
- If more than four mobile devices use the thermostat, pair the intended default device again after older pairs roll off.
- Record the app message and thermostat display state before contacting service.
