Owner-safe checklist
- Record the Brisk AC or heat-pump model, thermostat or control model, zone, selected mode, display state, and whether any fan or compressor response occurs.
- Try only normal control reset or power-off retry steps documented for owner use.
- Use Dometic support or qualified RV HVAC service for mounted controls, installed power, parts, or repeated no-display symptoms.
