Dometic CCC2 system reset and zone initialization prep

Use the official Dometic CCC2 reset support page to record thermostat state, zones, and reset results before support.

Owner-safe checklist

• Record the CCC2 thermostat model, displayed zones, mode, fan state, and whether the reset was attempted from normal buttons.
• Save photos of the display before and after the reset, zone labels, RV make and model, and the exact symptom.
• Use Dometic, a dealer, or qualified RV HVAC service if zones do not initialize, the display does not respond, or the reset instructions do not match the thermostat.
