Use this when food or beverages freeze in a CFF cooler and owner notes are needed before support.

Owner-safe checklist

• Record the CFF model, set temperature, actual contents, location of frozen items, and recent setting changes.
• Move freeze-sensitive food and let the cooler stabilize after setting changes.
• Contact Dometic support if the cooler ignores normal settings on a known-good source.
