Dometic CFX2 Not Cooling Prep

Use this when a CFX2 cooler is not cooling and owner-safe notes are needed before service.

Owner-safe checklist

• Record the CFX2 model, set temperature, input source, ambient temperature, contents, and any display or app message.
• Confirm the lid is closed, vents are clear, and the cooler has had time to stabilize.
• Stop using the cooler for food safety if temperatures are unsafe and contact Dometic support.
