Owner-safe checklist

• Record the CFX3 model, visible serial or data label, display message, power source, temperature setting, battery-monitor state, app state if used, and shutdown timing, E31 message if shown, battery source, vehicle state, and any extension or adapter in use.
• Save photos of the display, model label, normal owner-facing controls, and power-source setup from normal owner access.
• Move food or drinks if temperature is unsafe, stop using the cooler for repeated warnings, overheating, or unsafe power behavior, then contact Dometic support or qualified RV refrigeration service.
