Dometic FreshJet Does Not Switch Off Prep

Use this when a FreshJet roof air conditioner keeps running after normal controls should stop it.

Owner-safe checklist

• Record the FreshJet model label, thermostat mode, setpoint, room temperature, timer state, and remote or wall-control behavior.
• Try normal off and mode controls only; document whether the fan or cooling continues.
• Shut the unit down at the normal RV power disconnect and call qualified service if it will not stop normally.
