Owner-safe checklist
- Record the FreshJet model, indoor temperature, outdoor temperature, selected mode, setpoint, fan setting, shade exposure, and how long the unit has been running.
- Save photos of the control display, thermometer reading if available, safe visible model label or paperwork, and the Dometic support title you matched.
- Use qualified RV HVAC service for repeat shutdowns, water intrusion, abnormal sound, odor, or cooling loss that does not match normal support guidance.
