Dometic FreshJet remote does not register

Use this when a FreshJet remote control does not register commands at the air outlet display or the owner needs service notes before AC support.

Owner-safe checklist

• Point the remote at the air outlet display and record whether any icon, beep, or response appears.
• Record remote battery condition, display state, selected mode, room temperature, and whether other normal controls respond.
• Photograph the remote display, air outlet display, and FreshJet model label from normal access.
• Use qualified RV AC service if the remote still does not register after normal battery and line-of-sight checks.
