Use Dometic's FreshJet remote-control and mode support pages to prepare control-behavior notes before service.

Owner-safe checklist

Record remote display state, battery status, selected mode, fan speed, and set temperature.
Confirm whether the FreshJet is in cooling, heating, dehumidification, fan, or automatic mode before assuming a fault.
Keep the remote pointed at the unit from normal use position and record whether the unit responds to mode or temperature changes.
Call qualified service if normal remote and mode checks do not explain the behavior, or if water entry, repeated shutdown, or electrical symptoms appear.
