Owner-safe checklist

• Record the FreshJet air conditioner model, thermostat or remote display state, mode, fan setting, temperature setting, recent weather, filter state if visible, and remote symbol, mode, fan setting, and control response.
• Save photos of the thermostat or remote display, owner-facing controls, and any visible data label or paperwork from normal owner access.
• Stop the air conditioner for water entry, burning smell, repeated shutdown, or unsafe power behavior, then contact Dometic support or qualified RV HVAC service.
