Owner-safe checklist

• Record the FreshJet model, remote model, current mode, timer setting, selected temperature, fan setting, and exact control symptom.
• Save photos of the remote display, air-conditioner model label if already visible, owner paperwork, and timer state.
• Use Dometic, a dealer, or qualified RV HVAC service for rooftop equipment, installed power, mounted controls, or repeated timer-control symptoms.
