Use the official FreshJet water-entry support page to document water location, weather, parking level, and shutdown notes before service.

Owner-safe checklist

• Record the FreshJet model, where water appears, recent rain or AC run time, RV level condition, filter state, and whether water reaches furniture or electronics.
• Stop the AC if water enters the RV, protect belongings, and save photos of the water path from normal access.
• Use Dometic support or qualified RV HVAC service for roof gasket, drain, mounted parts, or repeated water-entry decisions.
