Owner-safe checklist

• Record the Harrier air conditioner model, thermostat or remote display state, mode, fan setting, temperature setting, recent weather, filter state if visible, and remote-control battery state, button response, and display response.
• Save photos of the thermostat or remote display, owner-facing controls, and any visible data label or paperwork from normal owner access.
