Use this when an Ibis AC owner needs safe return-air filter notes before support.

Owner-safe checklist

• Record Ibis model, filter condition, cleaning date, return-air grille condition, airflow complaint, and whether the unit was run without a filter.

• Do not operate the air conditioner without the filter installed.
