Dometic OD-5001 no water flow from tap

Use this when an OD-5001 installation has no water flow from the tap after the tap is turned on.

Owner-safe checklist

• Turn the OD-5001 off if no water reaches the hot tap.
• Record whether other faucets have water and whether the hot and cold lines may have been reversed after installation or service.
• Check only normal pump, supply, and shutoff-valve state from owner-accessible controls.
• Have an installer or qualified service correct reversed or misrouted plumbing; do not modify water lines as a troubleshooting step.
