Dometic RM10 not cooling enough or not working at all
Use this when an RM10 does not cool sufficiently or seems not to work. Dometic points owners to visible ventilation grilles and refrigerator/RV level before service diagnosis.
Owner-safe checklist
- Move food if refrigerator temperature is unsafe.
- Check that ventilation grilles, the roof vent, and exterior airflow openings are not covered or dirty from normal safe access.
- Level the RV and refrigerator; Dometic says more than 5 degrees off-level can affect operation.
- Call qualified RV refrigerator service if cooling stays poor after visible ventilation and level checks.
