Dometic water heater overheat lockout reset

Use this when a Dometic water heater is in an over-heating lockout and support/manual guidance points to cooling and reset at the switch.

Owner-safe checklist

Turn the water heater off and let the water cool before any reset attempt.
Use only the wall switch or normal control switch reset described by Dometic support.
Do not keep resetting an overheat lockout that returns.
Call service for repeated overheat lockout, thermostat, ECO, or hot-water temperature problems.
