Use this when a Furrion air conditioner, thermostat, furnace, or ADB service call needs model, serial, and label location details before contacting support.
Owner-safe checklist
- Capture the model and serial from any visible production label before service.
- Photograph the label and the installed appliance location from normal owner access.
- For a thermostat that is not serialized, photograph the thermostat part and note the connected appliance model if visible.
- Share model, serial, label photos, symptom notes, and contact details with Furrion support or qualified RV service.
