Use this when a Furrion air conditioner owner needs mode, fan, or normal-control notes before support.

Owner-safe checklist

• Record AC model, thermostat or control type, mode, fan state, set temperature, room temperature, and whether cooling, heating, or fan-only behavior changed.
• Use only normal installed controls and remote commands already available to the owner.
• Photograph the control display and appliance label before contacting support.
• Use Lippert/Furrion support or qualified RV HVAC service if operation does not match normal settings.
