Use this when Lippert/Furrion support needs cooking-appliance production label, model, serial, warranty-request, and symptom documentation before service.
Owner-safe checklist
- Photograph the production label, model, serial, purchase date if available, and installed appliance location from normal access.
- Record the cooking appliance type, exact symptom, when it happens, and whether any gas odor or carbon monoxide alarm occurred.
- If gas odor or an alarm occurs, leave the RV, shut LP off if safe from outside, and call emergency or qualified service before use.
- Submit clear label photos, symptom notes, and warranty details to Lippert/Furrion support or qualified service.
