Owner-safe checklist

• Record the Furrion furnace model, serial number, thermostat call, fan state, LP state, purchase or install date, and exact symptom.
• Shut the furnace off from normal controls and leave the area if propane odor, abnormal flame, exhaust concern, or an LP alarm is present.
• Use Furrion, Lippert support, a dealer, or qualified RV furnace service for LP appliance service, installed power, mounted parts, warranty routing, or service decisions.
