Furrion freezer cold but refrigerator warm service prep

Use this when a Furrion freezer is cold but the refrigerator compartment is warm and the owner needs notes before support.

Owner-safe checklist

• Record refrigerator model, freezer temperature, fresh-food temperature, setpoint, loading pattern, door seal condition, and recent travel or power history.
• Confirm doors are fully closed and food packages are not blocking normal owner-visible air paths.
• Move food if temperature is unsafe and document how long the condition has been present.
• Use Lippert/Furrion support or qualified RV refrigerator service if the compartments remain uneven.
