Use this when a Furrion standard single-zone thermostat has E-code, fan, mode, or response questions before support.

Owner-safe checklist

• Record thermostat model, displayed E-code if present, mode, fan state, set temperature, zone, and appliance response.
• Use only normal buttons and installed controls from the thermostat face.
• Photograph the display and affected appliance label from normal access.
• Use Lippert/Furrion support or qualified RV HVAC service for repeated E-code, no response, or appliance behavior that does not match normal settings.
