Furrion thermostat and controller compatibility service prep
Use this when a Furrion thermostat or ceiling controller replacement needs model-generation, ES identifier, and hardware-version documentation before Lippert/Furrion support.
Owner-safe checklist
- Photograph thermostat, ceiling controller, model, serial, ES identifier, and visible HW:V1.0 or HW:V2.0 labels from normal access.
- Record whether the thermostat and controller hardware versions match, because mismatched generations are not compatible.
- If compatibility is not followed, document whether furnace function is deactivated or Heat cannot be selected.
- Share photos and notes with Lippert/Furrion support or qualified RV HVAC service; some obsolete combinations may require a service-part path.
