Use this when a Furrion thermostat owner needs to identify the thermostat family, app-controlled model, RV-C context, or control manual before service.
Owner-safe checklist
- Record thermostat model, displayed message, mode, set temperature, zone, fan setting, app state, and whether the controlled appliance responds.
- Use only normal thermostat buttons, remote, or app controls already installed in the RV.
- Photograph the thermostat face, model label if visible, displayed message, and affected appliance label from normal access.
- Use Lippert/Furrion support or qualified HVAC service if the thermostat will not respond or if the controlled appliance behaves abnormally.
