Furrion water heater energy label and warranty service prep
Use this when a Furrion water heater or tankless water heater service call needs the energy production label, model, serial, and operating-symptom notes.
Owner-safe checklist
- Turn the water heater off and shut off LP if there is gas odor, soot, overheating, freeze damage, or repeated failure to heat.
- Photograph the energy label, model, serial, installed location, wall control, and any visible display state from normal access.
- Record water flow, hot-water temperature behavior, weather, storage or freeze exposure, and whether the appliance was recently serviced.
- Share label photos and notes with Lippert/Furrion support or qualified service; do not keep retrying a unit that fails to heat.
