Owner-safe checklist
- Record the Greystone double induction HOB model, cookware used, display state, selected power level, and whether a breaker or GFCI event was observed.
- Save photos of the model label, display, control panel, cookware mark if visible, and service paperwork from normal owner access.
- Stop using the hob for electrical smell, abnormal heat, cracked glass, repeated shutoff, or unsafe power behavior.
