Use this when Lippert support needs electronic leveling touchpad or system identification before choosing the correct owner manual or service path.

Owner-safe checklist

Do not operate leveling if movement is abnormal, the site is unstable, or people are near moving supports.
Photograph the touchpad, screen, controller label if visible from normal access, RV type, and any displayed message.
Record whether the system is auto-level, Ground Control, or another Lippert electronic leveling family according to the identification guide.
Use Lippert support or qualified RV leveling service if identification is uncertain or the system will not respond normally.
