Use the MaxxFan Deluxe operating guide to document keypad, remote, Auto mode, thermostat set point, rain-sensor behavior, fan speed, lid position, and ceiling-fan mode before service.
Owner-safe checklist
- Record keypad or remote behavior, lid position, fan speed, direction mode, Auto mode, thermostat set point, and any rain-sensor beeps.
- Try only normal owner controls: power, open or close, fan speed, Auto mode, thermostat setting, direction mode, and remote batteries if applicable.
- Stop using the fan if the lid, fan, rain sensor, remote, or keypad behaves abnormally after normal control checks.
- Use MaxxAir or qualified RV ventilation service for repeated control symptoms, stuck lid behavior, abnormal motor behavior, or parts questions.
