Owner-safe checklist

• Record the MaxxShade 3900 or 3901 model, fan model, shade position, fan-use context, light behavior if present, and exact symptom.
• Save photos of the shade, fan opening, visible label, owner paperwork, and current shade position from normal access.
• Use MaxxAir, Airxcel support, a dealer, or qualified RV ventilation service for mounted parts, powered accessories, roof access, or repeated symptoms.
