Owner-safe checklist

Record the DC740 model, serial label, temperature setting, power mode, cooling performance, defrost or odor state, and when the condition began.
Save photos of the model label, control setting, food-temperature notes, ventilation condition from normal owner access, and service paperwork.
Move food if temperature is unsafe, and turn the refrigerator off for electrical smell, abnormal heat, or repeated unsafe behavior.
