Owner-safe checklist

• Record the DE or EV model, serial label, AC/DC mode if known, temperature setting, cooling performance, defrost or odor state, and service history.
• Save photos of the model label, control setting, food-temperature notes, ventilation condition from normal owner access, and service paperwork.
• Move food if temperature is unsafe, and turn the refrigerator off for electrical smell, abnormal heat, or repeated unsafe behavior.
• Use Norcold/Thetford support or qualified RV refrigeration service for installed power, compressor system, fan, electronics, parts, warranty, or repair decisions.
