Norcold high-temperature sensor light or stopped-operation recall boundary
Use this when a Norcold refrigerator stopped operating with high-temperature sensor wording, solid red HTS light, or flashing HTS light. The owner-safe result is shutdown, documentation, and authorized Norcold service.
Owner-safe checklist
- Turn the refrigerator off and use normal RV power disconnects if a solid red HTS light or stopped-operation recall symptom appears.
- Do not bypass, remove, or alter HTS parts.
- Record whether the HTS light is solid or flashing and the refrigerator model and serial number.
- Contact a Norcold Authorized Service Center for the HTS condition.
