Norcold recall serial and HTS service-call prep

Use this when a Norcold owner needs recall-range documentation, HTS status notes, and shutdown/service-call prep without consumer repair steps.

Owner-safe checklist

• Record model, serial, cooling unit serial if visible, recall family, and whether the HTS indicator is solid red or flashing red.
• If the HTS has tripped or the unit is in a listed recall range with the remedy not performed, turn the refrigerator off and do not operate it until professionally repaired.
• Contact Norcold, a dealer, or an authorized service center with photos and serial information; parts are shipped to and installed by a trained service technician.
• Treat flashing red or solid red HTS status as not consumer-serviceable and keep the refrigerator off until the service path is confirmed.
