Owner-safe checklist

• Open only normal owner-accessible refrigerator doors and look for the model tag in the food compartment area.
• Photograph the model tag, serial details, refrigerator controls, and any visible display state.
• Record whether the label is missing, damaged, blocked, or unreadable before contacting Norcold or Thetford support.
