Owner-safe checklist

• Record the DEL control model, water-heater model, switch position, mode, indicator state, and hot-water symptom.
• Save photos of the control, exterior label, and visible product information from normal owner access.
• Shut the water heater down for odor, leak, overheating, freeze concern, or unsafe power behavior, then contact Suburban support or qualified RV service.
