Suburban IW60RL recirculation delay or pump noise
Use this when an IW60RL recirculation system cycles, delays hot water, or has a loud recirculation pump after air enters the lines.
Use this atlas to identify likely meaning and prepare for service. Shut off power, LP gas, fuel, or water when a listed appliance condition involves flame, gas smell, exhaust, generator shutdown, high temperature, moving jacks/slides, refrigerant, 120 VAC, control boards, repeated ignition failure, or a persistent lockout. Call the appliance maker, RV dealer, or a qualified RV technician for repair.
Owner-safe checklist
- Confirm whether recirculation is enabled on the On-Demand Control Center.
- Run hot water at multiple faucets for the manual-described air purge if the pump is loud.
- Record whether recirculation is enabled or disabled and whether hot lines cool between uses.
- Call service if pump noise or delayed hot water persists.
