Suburban tankless water heater low flow or temperature swing

Use this when a Suburban tankless water heater is slow to deliver hot water, needs minimum flow, or drops temperature because flow is restricted.

Owner-safe checklist

• Open the hot-water faucet enough to meet the manual's minimum flow requirement.
• Do not use a showerhead pause button during troubleshooting because the manual says reduced flow can shut the heater down.
• Remove owner-accessible faucet or shower flow restrictions only if safe and allowed by the coach setup.
• Call service if low-flow or temperature swings continue.
