Suburban tankless water heater lockout

Use this when a Suburban IW60, IW60RL, ST-42, or ST-60 on-demand water heater fails ignition trials, enters lockout, or times out after extended operation.

Owner-safe checklist

• Turn the faucet or control switch off, then back on once using the normal reset path described by Suburban.
• Open the hot-water faucet fully during startup so the unit has enough flow.
• Stop repeated reset attempts if lockout returns.
• Call Suburban, a dealer, or a qualified RV technician for repeated ignition or lockout problems.
