Thetford RV toilet no flush or weak flush
Use this when a Thetford permanent RV toilet or Aqua-Magic flush is weak, has little water, or the pedal is not being held fully open during the documented flush cycle.
Use this atlas to identify likely meaning and prepare for service. Shut off power, LP gas, fuel, or water when a listed appliance condition involves flame, gas smell, exhaust, generator shutdown, high temperature, moving jacks/slides, refrigerant, 120 VAC, control boards, repeated ignition failure, or a persistent lockout. Call the appliance maker, RV dealer, or a qualified RV technician for repair.
Owner-safe checklist
- Identify the exact Thetford toilet model from the RV toilet support page or owner paperwork before assuming the flush style.
- Confirm the RV water supply is on from normal owner controls and that the bowl is not frozen before attempting a flush.
- Hold the pedal fully open during the flush and compare the result with the manual's normal two-to-three-second flush expectation.
