What Display fault 09 means

The official Dometic RUA support page for display fault 09 says to check battery voltage, then reset the error with the encoder button.

Owner-safe checks

• Record display fault 09 and take a photo of the display.
• Check battery voltage only from owner-visible RV monitor panels or normal refrigerator controls.
• Reset the error once by pressing the encoder button for 3 seconds until a beep is heard.

Service-only work

• A continuing display fault 09 must be handled by an authorized service provider.
• Battery-supply diagnosis, wiring, fuses, sensors, and control electronics are service-only.

Safety boundary

Do not service DC circuits, wiring, fuses, sensors, or refrigerator controls; use only owner-visible battery-voltage checks and front-panel reset before qualified service.
