What Display fault 10 means
The official Dometic RUA support page for display fault 10 says to make sure the door is properly closed, then reset the error with the encoder button if necessary.
Owner-safe checks
- Record display fault 10 and take a photo of the display.
- Make sure the refrigerator door is properly closed.
- If needed, reset the error once by pressing the encoder button for 3 seconds until a beep is heard.
Service-only work
- A continuing display fault 10 must be handled by an authorized service provider.
- Door-switch, latch, wiring, sensor, control-electronics, and internal refrigerator diagnosis are service-only.
