What Display fault W19 means
The official Dometic RUC support page for display fault W19 says it is a low-voltage error, to check battery voltage, and to reset the error with the encoder button.
Owner-safe checks
- Record display fault W19 and take a photo of the display.
- Check battery voltage only from owner-visible RV monitor panels or normal refrigerator controls.
- Reset the error once by pressing the encoder button for 3 seconds until a beep is heard.
Service-only work
- A continuing W19 low-voltage fault must be handled by an authorized service provider.
- Battery-supply diagnosis, wiring, fuses, sensors, and control electronics are service-only.
Safety boundary
Do not service DC circuits, wiring, fuses, sensors, or refrigerator controls; use only owner-visible battery-voltage checks and front-panel reset before qualified service.
