Dometic FreshJet FJX not cooling within temperature limits
Use this when a Dometic FreshJet FJX in cooling mode is not cooling even though the operating range is within the 52 C upper ambient limit and the 16 C lower cooling limit, and the setpoint may need to be lower.
Owner-safe checklist
- Select cooling mode from normal controls and set a lower temperature.
- Confirm ambient conditions are above 16 C and not above 52 C before judging cooling performance.
- Keep air intake openings, air nozzles, and ventilation grilles clear, and clean the ADB filter if owner-accessible.
- Call authorized Dometic service if normal controls and visible airflow checks do not restore cooling.
