What Display fault 01 means

The Dometic RM10 support page lists display fault 01 as a temperature sensor that is without contact or defective; Dometic says this can only be repaired by an authorised repair centre.

Owner-safe checks

• Record the display fault, model number, product number, and serial number before contacting support.
• Do not keep relying on the refrigerator if it is running at maximum power or cannot hold safe food temperature.
• Contact Dometic, an authorized repair centre, or a qualified RV refrigerator technician.

Service-only work

• Temperature-sensor, harness, refrigerator electronics, and sealed-system diagnosis are service-only.
